Terms of Service

PaidSurveyFinder ("we", "us", "our") operates a directory that collects publicly listed paid research opportunities — surveys, focus groups, interviews, product tests and similar studies — and organizes them so members can find matches faster.

We are an independent directory. We do not run the studies, recruit for them, screen applicants, or pay participants. Each study is owned and operated by the research company, panel, brand or recruiter that published it, and their own terms apply when you apply.

By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use PaidSurveyFinder. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it current, since eligibility for many studies depends on details such as age and location.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Browsing a limited preview of listings is free. A Pro membership unlocks full listing details and application links. Pro is offered on a monthly plan or a prepaid annual plan at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel. Prices may change for future billing periods; we will give notice before a change takes effect on your plan.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds.

A membership pays for access to our directory and tools. It does not buy acceptance into any study and it is not a promise of income.

Study sponsors choose their own participants and may reject applicants for reasons outside our control, including quotas that are already full. Compensation amounts, payment methods and payment timing are set and paid by the sponsor, not by us. Any earnings examples, testimonials or averages shown on the site are illustrative and are not typical or guaranteed results.

If you have a question about a specific study, screening result, schedule or payment, contact the organization running that study directly.

Listings come from third-party sources and change frequently. We review listings before publishing them, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is complete, current, still open, or accurately described by its sponsor. Always read the sponsor's official details before applying or sharing information with them.

You agree not to scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell, republish or redistribute our listings or data; share your account or application links with others; misrepresent yourself in study applications; attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits or security controls; or use the service for anything unlawful.

We may limit, suspend or terminate access for conduct that harms the service, our members, or the sponsors whose listings we index.

The site, its design, our compiled directory, and our written content are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Trademarks, brand names and study descriptions belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners, and their appearance on the site does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

The service links out to third-party websites, including study sponsors and research panels. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or payment decisions.

We advertise our service on third-party platforms, including Google and Meta, and we use their measurement tools on our site. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies, conversion measurement, and your choices.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, or lost opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your interactions with study sponsors.

We may add, change or discontinue features, listings and plans. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — will continue to apply.
